Inclusion of a B2G account customer number will deliver the alert notification to the nominated B2G mailbox. Click 'Retrieve account name' to ensure you have entered the correct B2G account customer number. If an email address is also included as part of the alert notification request, the alert notification will be delivered to both the nominated email address and the B2G mailbox.
